How you’ll make an impact
Create and modify transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard control.
Participate in design reviews and quality verification processes.
Optimize designs to meet evolving standards and incorporate new components.
Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and plans.
Design and analyze complex models and simulations using advanced tools.
Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored design solutions and gather feedback.
Drive continuous improvement in design processes and technologies.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in transformer design, or associate’s degree with 8 years of experience.
Strong technical expertise in transformer systems and related engineering disciplines.
Proficiency in advanced design software and simulation tools.
Experience working across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
