Job Description
This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, conducting market surveys, handling leasing activities (showing, processing applications, managing move‑ins), updating unit availability, processing maintenance work orders, adhering to operating procedures and policies, managing collections, clerical support, maintaining resident files, overseeing move‑in appointments and inspections, resolving resident complaints, conducting move‑out inspections, managing deposit accountings, maintaining accurate account records, and performing duties assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Demands
Regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. May occasionally be required to climb. Must use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, adjust focus, and work at a personal computer and talk on phone for extended periods. Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available for extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Attendance / Travel
Full‑time position that may require nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Requires regular attendance and active participation at company functions and events.

Education
High school education or equivalent required
CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred but not required
Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on‑site resident management software functions
Professional Experience
Two years of experience in residential community management in the multifamily industry required.
