Service Writer / Advisor – Pape’ Machinery, Inc. (Agriculture & Turf Division) Central Point, OR Base Pay Range $20.48/hr - $29.58/hr Employment Type Full‑time Seniority Level Entry level Job Function Other (Machinery Manufacturing) What You’ll Do As our Service Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent customer experience. You will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check in equipment for repairs, and interact with customers. What You Need Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs. Excellent customer relations and communication skills – work collaboratively with customers, mechanics, and store personnel. The ability to both delegate and take on tasks. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the agriculture industry.
