Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-Office (Hybrid option will vary based on team assignment/available after a successful probationary period)
Summary We are seeking a
Quoting Specialist
to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry.
Duties Include
Prepare and manage accurate quotes for telecommunications services and products.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure precise pricing and configurations.
Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Strong team player, able to work with different departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
