Job Description Job Type: Full‑Time
Salary: $20.00 per hour (potential increase up to $1.00 after successful 90‑day probationary period)
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday‑Friday
Work Location: On‑site
Summary The Inventory Supervisor (Team Lead) oversees a team of Inventory Specialists supporting a wireline telecommunications client. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all inventory data across multiple operational systems. The Team Lead is responsible for coaching staff, coordinating with the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance, and driving process improvements that support efficient wireline operations. This is an office‑based leadership role focused on data oversight, reporting, workflow management, and cross‑functional coordination.
Duties Include
Monitor inventory accuracy for wireline telecom equipment (ONTs, gateways, modems, network terminals, etc.).
Review and validate daily inventory data; escalate discrepancies as needed.
Coordinate with company and client stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver inventory reports, dashboards, and reconciliation summaries.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Support the onboarding experience and assist new hires with acclimating to the company culture.
Supervise, mentor, and coach account management specialists; assign tasks, set performance goals, conduct regular team meetings, and manage timekeeping.
Provide training and development opportunities for new and existing team members to enhance skills and knowledge in account management.
Track team performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction; manage timekeeping.
Requirements Soft Skills
Ability to convey information accurately and efficiently to both internal team members and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Genuine interest in people and a desire to help and build relationships with customers.
Ability to identify and resolve complex client issues and make sound decisions using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Comfort navigating change in a dynamic environment with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
2–4+ years in inventory, supply chain, or telecom operations (wireline preferred).
1+ year in a lead, supervisor, or SME role—BPO experience a plus.
Strong understanding of wireline telecom assets and workflows.
Proficiency with inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills; strong communication and analytical abilities.
Ability to work onsite in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with telecommunications products or asset‑tracking processes.
Experience working with ticketing systems or workflow management tools.
Background in reporting, data validation, or quality assurance.
Experience in leadership role.
