Required work experience includes:
2+ years
of experience as a
Proposal Writer
for Construction, Engineering or Environmental projects is a
MUST
Experienced with full lifecycle proposal development including: document management, compliance matrices, technical narratives, landing bids, RFP’s, template creation, etc. is a
MUST
Experience with Government Contracts, Bids, and Procedures is a
MUST
Strong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content is a
MUST
Advanced skill with Microsoft Office, Graphic Design software, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a
MUST
Prior Marketing or Business Development experience (including illustration or generation of marketing graphics, charts, diagrams, etc.) is a BIG PLUS
Knowledge of engineering and construction terminology and practices is a BIG PLUS
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, Business, Marketing, Media & Journalism or equivalent experience is a
MUST
