Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Mission:

To support paid media performance across multiple platforms by analyzing campaign data, uncovering insights, and helping optimize spend, targeting, and creative to drive cost-effective lead generation and revenue growth.

Overview:

Intermountain Home Services is hiring a

Paid Media Analyst

to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you’ll help monitor, report, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across a variety of channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms. You’ll support the execution of A/B tests, track budget pacing, and deliver insights that improve efficiency and ROI across multiple brands and service lines. This is a great opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer who’s passionate about paid media, performance marketing, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze campaign performance data across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Local Services, and other platforms

Track and report on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue contribution

Monitor daily pacing, flag underperforming campaigns, and identify optimization opportunities

Support bidding, audience, and creative tests by structuring experiments and evaluating results

Build reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance trends and recommendations

Help manage and enforce budget allocation across multiple brands and locations

Work closely with paid media buyers, creative teams, and brand managers to align strategy and execution

Assist with UTM tagging, tracking parameters, and data integrity audits

Research industry benchmarks and trends to support continuous improvement

Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable format

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or marketing analytics

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools a plus

Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and UTM structures

Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and campaign experimentation

Strong attention to detail and organization across multiple campaigns or brands

Experience in home services, eCommerce, or lead generation environments preferred

Must pass background check and drug screening
