Remote Talent LatAm is partnering with our client, a growing digital marketing company, to hire a Sales Manager who will build and manage their outbound sales function from the ground up.

This is a strategic and hands-on position. You will build and lead a remote sales team including cold callers, email marketers, and copywriters while developing a scalable outbound system.

Our client is looking for an experienced self-starter who can assess what is needed, propose a clear plan, and execute it independently. During the interview process, candidates will be asked to present their plan for building a successful outbound team and generating a consistent flow of qualified leads each month.

This role is ideal for someone who has already built outbound programs for agencies or B2B service businesses and is ready to lead, test, and optimize with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities Strategy and Architecture

Design the overall outbound strategy for two brands (same ICP, similar offers).

Define targeting, segmentation, and ideal customer profiles.

Select and manage tools for email, data sourcing, enrichment, and tracking.

Build and document repeatable processes and playbooks for outbound campaigns.

Email and Lead Generation

Build prospect lists using data platforms and scrapers.

Enrich, clean, and validate data before launching campaigns.

Set up and manage multi-step email sequences for cold outreach.

Continuously test subject lines, angles, value props, and sequences.

Monitor inboxes, reply to prospects, and move interested leads toward calls.

Collaboration with Sales and Leadership

Align outbound strategy with leadership goals and revenue targets.

Coordinate with sales closers or account executives on handoff processes.

Define qualification criteria so only qualified leads reach the sales team.

Report on performance, experiments, and pipeline generated.

Team Leadership (Short to Mid Term)

Help hire and onboard junior team members in lead generation and cold calling.

Train team members on tools, processes, and outbound best practices.

Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve performance over time.

Requirements (Must Have)

Proven experience building outbound email programs for B2B services, digital marketing, or agency environments.

Strong hands‑on expertise with outbound tools (email warmup, inbox management, sequencing, data providers, enrichment tools).

Experience sourcing and enriching lead lists and segmenting audiences.

Clear understanding of outbound metrics (open rates, replies, positive replies, meetings booked, pipeline created).

Experience working closely with sales teams or acting as a bridge between marketing and sales.

Comfortable owning strategy and execution – not just following instructions.

Strong written English for crafting outbound copy and replies.

Analytical mindset and habit of testing, measuring, and iterating.

Nice to Have

Experience managing or mentoring SDRs, BDRs, or cold callers.

Previous work at a digital marketing agency or performance marketing company.

Experience with both US and international markets.

Comfort joining calls occasionally to support the sales process when needed.
