Itcharm
We are a product for children and adults. We create a digital environment that helps develop thinking, attention, and logic through mobile applications and the web. More than 2 million users per month in 60+ countries choose us.
We are looking for a motion designer to join our team, someone who knows how to bring ideas to life: through animation, editing, interface integration, rhythm, sound, and attention to detail. We maintain an active pace, conduct many tests, and have a real impact on performance.
What you will do: Create video ad creatives based on hypotheses;
Work closely with a creative producer who provides ideas/references/footage;
Quickly and efficiently assemble videos based on templates or references;
Track trends on TikTok, YouTube, Meta and implement them into creatives;
Adapt successful creatives for different formats: stories, feeds, banners + localizations;
Integrate UI/graphics into live video;
Generate t2v, i2v, v2v using neural networks (Kling, etc.), creating smooth, expressive animation in a consistent style;
Perform post-processing of generated video: artifact removal, masking, color correction;
Do basic voice-over and sound design;
Work at the team's pace: "thought of yesterday — testing tomorrow".
What's important: Excellent proficiency in After Effects: expressions, tracking, keying, rigging, Graph Editor;
Editing with an emphasis on key elements, not just aesthetics;
Experience with UI/UX animation and embedding interfaces into live video;
Basic voice-over and sound design skills: voice-over, music, Foley;
Ability to work with edits quickly and constructively;
Proactiveness — you don't wait for a brief, but suggest ideas;
Understanding of the target audience: parents and young children (2–7 years old).
Nice to have: Experience in EdTech, applications, or advertising campaigns with metrics;
Experience with Veo 3.
What we offer: International and multi-platform product (1.3 million MAU, 11 localizations);
Space for hypotheses and experiments — you can and should propose, try, improve;
Direct communication with C-level and product owners — no bureaucracy or intermediaries;
We have established processes — tasks are planned in sprints, we monitor priorities and reasonable workload;
Clear and understandable KPIs for work;
A team of Russian-speaking colleagues (40 people) who are easy to work with: we are to the point, without micromanagement and unnecessary calls;
