Role Overview This role is not about “making creatives.” It’s about building a creative engine that actually drives growth. We’re looking for a Creative Producer who truly understands how performance creatives work — not in theory, but in real life. Someone who has seen ads fail, ads scale, and knows exactly why that happened. You won’t inherit a clean, polished system. You’ll build it. From messy ideas, half‑working ads, and raw insights — to a structured, repeatable pipeline of creatives that consistently perform. Here’s the kind of person we’re looking for:

can look at an ad and immediately explain why it works (or why it doesn’t)

knows how to turn intuition into clear, testable hypotheses

is comfortable killing ideas fast and doubling down on winners even faster

Direct Manager: Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

build and own creative as a growth function, directly impacting performance and revenue

build and scale a creative production pipeline from zero to a library of high‑performing creatives

develop and execute a clear creative strategy aligned with growth and performance goals

generate, prioritize, and validate creative hypotheses (angles, hooks, narratives, formats)

launch, manage, and optimize continuous creative testing and A/B experiments

own the full creative lifecycle: idea → brief → production → testing → iteration → scaling

work closely with Growth, UA, Design, Motion, and Copywriting teams to align creative execution

analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, early retention signals)

identify, scale, and iterate on winning creatives while quickly stopping underperforming ones

build, grow, and manage a high‑performing creative team (design, motion, copy, video)

What We Expect from You

4+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Creative Strategist

hands‑on experience creating and scaling performance‑driven creatives for mobile apps or B2C digital products

strong understanding of how creatives influence the funnel and growth outcomes

ability to think in hypotheses, systems, and experiments, not just ideas

strong creative taste, storytelling skills, and audience intuition

data‑aware mindset and comfort analyzing creative performance results

experience building and managing creative teams (design, motion, copy, video)

ownership mindset and confidence making decisions in ambiguous startup environments

fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

experience with utility/productivity/health&fitness apps

experience with web funnels (web-to-web) performance process
