Job Description Works collaboratively with all members of the VIP Marketing leadership team to establish and maintain VIP Marketing programs and initiatives. Oversees and evaluates employee performance, establishes performance goals, provides feedback and coaching, takes corrective action, creates a learning environment, develops collaborative relationships, and promotes professional development. Rolls out, trains, and maintains all VIP Marketing programs. Assists in VIP event planning, execution, and analysis.

Our ideal candidate

College degree preferred.

Three to five years of Casino Marketing and/or Player Development experience required.

Previous supervisory experience in a casino property or sales team management required.

Passion for team building and mentoring.

Strategic thinker comfortable with both people and data.

Knowledge of casino operations and VIP complimentary programs.

Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.

Ability to lead and motivate teams toward performance goals.

Strong people and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

About the role

Assist in developing strategic short- and long-term planning for Casino Marketing operations.

Analyze department expenses and customer development efforts to ensure maximum profitability.

Performance management of AD host teams.

Establish and maintain goodwill of VIP customers through professional knowledge of individuals.

Host and engage VIP players at special events and functions.

Plan and execute events for selected gaming customers and groups.

Evaluate and analyze customer complimentary privileges, incentives, and perks.

Manage all complaints and comments from customers.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and coordinate weekly meetings with assigned team members.

Recommend hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination decisions; recommend wage and salary adjustments within limits.

Work closely with support departments (hotel, food & beverage, special events, promotions, table games, slot operations) to provide cohesive service for VIPs.

Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Conduct performance reviews.

Ensure safety and security.

Handle team member complaints or grievances.

Monitor legal compliance with federal, state, and gaming laws.

Must be able to move in and around the casino floor.

Respond calmly and handle multiple customer demands in a fast‑paced environment.

Work long hours any day of the week and stand for long periods of time.

Bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk when performing clerical functions.

Respond to visual and aural cues.

Tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.

Manage multiple functions simultaneously with organization and attention to detail.

Manual dexterity to operate personal computer, phones, fax, copier, and 10‑key adding machine.

Salary $90k per year, depending on experience.
