Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts and manage weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements.
Build client strategies each quarter and maintain, optimize, and budget paid‑media campaigns.
Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives for our boutique agency within Directive.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.
Own personal productivity, utilization, and goal attainment.
Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met.
Leverage programmatic campaigns and execute LinkedIn advertising—including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting—to maximize ROI.
Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities through client relationships and networks.
What You Offer
4+ years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients.
Deep expertise across paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of LinkedIn platform ad units: conversation, document, CTV, and more.
Proficiency with campaign management tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, etc.
Experience delegating to junior team members for collective success.
Strong knowledge of paid principles—keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.
Ability to analyze performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar.
Track results and measure via OCT and other metrics.
Audience segmentation by tier, job title, and other criteria.
Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
Ability to translate strategy into data‑driven stories.
Competitive, curious, and a true problem‑solver.
Staying on the cutting edge of industry trends.
Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
Quality‑obsessed approach to advertising.
Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year.

Competitive living wage. Base salary range: $85,000‑$95,000 USD.
