Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts.
Coordinate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements.
Build and execute quarterly client strategies.
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency setting.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.
Track personal productivity and utilization.
Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.
Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.
Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities through client relationships and professional networking.
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
What You Offer
4+ years of experience supporting B2B clients at a performance/digital marketing agency.
Deep expertise across paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.).
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and related tools.
Ability to delegate to junior teammates to ensure success.
Strong grasp of paid media principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.
Data‑driven analysis using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other platforms.
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, and more.
Proven, measurable success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
Excellent storytelling skills – translate strategy into compelling data narratives.
Competitive, curious, and a true problem‑solver.

Living wage: annual base salary range $85,000–$95,000 USD.
