Senior Product Designer
in
California (USA) .
This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of critical product initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. You will own end‑to‑end design processes, from user research and flows to polished interfaces, directly impacting the product experience for enterprise customers. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into elegant, user‑friendly solutions. This position allows you to shape and expand the design system, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a culture of design excellence. Accountabilities
Independently manage the full design lifecycle, from research and wireframes to high‑fidelity visual design and engineering handoff.
Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver high‑value solutions.
Expand and maintain the design system, defining new components, patterns, and documentation standards.
Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior team members.
Contribute to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and user‑focused design culture.
Requirements
5–7 years of product design experience with a proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
Experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS product design.
Expert proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and making data‑driven design decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
Detail‑oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
Willingness to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with commercial trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and/or construction.
Experience using AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, or other design stages.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, UserVoice, and Jira.
