This position provides support and administrative assistance for the Player Development and Promotions Departments, including participation in weekly casino promotions, data entry, booking hotel reservations, coordinating telephone and email assistance, handling daily reports, processing comp paperwork, and VIP itinerary creation and management. Responsibilities

Assist with all daily departmental duties, including event prize drawings and emceeing events. Plan and execute weekly casino promotions, ensuring guests are properly registered and informed. Process winner/event paperwork for promotions, maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Assist with booking lodging, restaurant reservations, golf, spa, and special events as directed. Make casino player reservations or access player accounts to provide or record information. Maintain daily and weekly reports and the network folder for Player Development/Promotions. Staff the Host telephone line and resolve guest issues following company policies and guidelines. Coordinate problem resolution with Player Development Hosts/Management and report problems through proper channels. Remain up-to-date on all company promotions and services; cross‑train in related operations as needed. Make trips to GT Resort or Leelanau Sands when required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; minimum 18 years of age. At least one year of experience in casino marketing, sales, VIP services, front desk, or guest relations preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient with computer software, including data management programs such as casino and hotel systems. Valid Michigan driver’s license; ability to drive required. Must pass a background investigation and drug/alcohol screening. Native American/Tribal preference will apply. Benefits
