Corporate Tools is hiring a Front-End Web Developer to help build, optimize, and maintain our web applications. This is a remote position, but if you’re near one of our local offices, you’re welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits. We are looking for someone with strong Front-End Development expertise, the ability to drive UI/UX execution, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-focused applications. You will contribute to our core codebase, documentation, and Front-End architecture, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.
You’ll need to be able to operate in a WordPress-heavy environment. This will include PHP, SCSS, JS, maybe a little Vue (but we are okay with React too), as well as some other front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate won’t be afraid to jump in and figure things out.. while being guided by a great team of developers when you get stuck. You’ll be the type that hates the standard themes that come from a site-builder tool and instead like crafting your own themes from scratch. Wage: $90,000-$95,000/Year DOE

Ability to drive UI/UX planning and execution, making design decisions when guidance is limited.

Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs, ensuring smooth and efficient site performance.
Contribute to documentation and core codebase, improving internal processes and best practices.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and technical writers to produce high-quality web products.

Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional, web development environment.
Experience with Vue or React.

Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and project tracking.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
