Assistant Community Manager
to complete our team at
The North End , a community in
Milwaukee, WI . The North End has 649 apartments and over 40,000 sq ft of retail space. The Assistant Community Manager will assist with the administrative duties (including rent collection) and leasing goals for the apartment community. A successful assistant will enjoy a diverse set of job responsibilities, be able to handle and adapt easily to working with multiple deadlines, and pay close attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as being personable and a team player. Experience with Entrata preferred.
Day-to-Day Tasks Of An Assistant Property Manager
Provide excellent customer service;
Lease apartments;
Assist with bill and invoice entry;
Collection of rent;
Draft new lease and renewal lease agreements;
Identify and implement creative programs for residents;
Provide knowledge of places of interest in the apartment community area;
Lead the social media marketing efforts;
Other tasks to assist in making the apartment community the best it can be.
