Systems Engineer III / Video Conferencing and Video Streaming Support Engineer

In this role, you will provide expert-level support for high-definition video conferencing and video streaming systems, ensuring reliable and high-quality experiences for enterprise clients. You will design, configure, and troubleshoot complex video and audio systems, integrating multiple technologies and collaborating with vendors, field teams, and IT managers. The position requires strong technical expertise across video platforms, networking, and hardware/software components, as well as project management skills to handle multiple initiatives. You will actively contribute to system improvements, resolve escalated technical issues, and ensure seamless operation of video communication solutions. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to cutting-edge video technologies and enterprise-grade systems. Accountabilities: Design and implement complex video conferencing and streaming solutions according to client requirements. Configure VCS devices, Zoom Rooms, CUCM, CMS, and related APIs for seamless video and audio connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve video/audio stream issues, network connectivity problems, and routing/interference challenges. Collaborate with vendors, field personnel, and IT teams to resolve escalated issues and support project execution. Administer and maintain Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and client production servers. Support Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure and integrate backup solutions for video systems. Manage equipment inventory, handle change requests, and assist with system installations and upgrades. Requirements 8–12 years of experience in video conferencing, video streaming, and enterprise systems support. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; if not, an additional four years of relevant experience is required. Strong knowledge of VCS, Zoom Rooms, CUCM, CMS, APIs, and networking protocols (VLANs, multicast, IGMP). Experience troubleshooting video/audio systems and network connectivity issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
