Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About the role We are hiring a product marketer who will build the narrative, positioning, and market understanding that fuels Camber’s next stage of growth. You will sit at the center of product, sales, founders, and go-to-market and give the company clarity on who we serve, what problems we solve, and why we win. You will define our product architecture, translate complex capabilities into simple stories, build competitive intelligence, and partner with sales to convert insight into revenue. You need to be analytical, structured, and comfortable with rapid iteration. You will help shape how Camber explains itself to the market. You will operate as a fast moving Swiss army knife who takes control of ambiguity, builds quickly, and drives work forward without waiting for perfect inputs.

What you’ll do

GTM and Sales Enablement

Develop pitch materials, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive content

Strengthen how Camber shows up across every touchpoint by driving clear, consistent messaging through the website, sales materials, and external content.

Drive launch readiness across sales, product, marketing, and founders

Build modular content that scales across segments and deal stages

Support additional GTM tactics including community marketing, events, analyst relations, and other programs that help expand Camber’s presence in market.

Market and Buyer Insight

Build a deep view of our TAM, ICPs, buyer needs, and deal patterns

Translate insights into messaging, product decisions, and GTM plays

Maintain up-to-date analysis of direct competitors, adjacent players, and industry shifts; run structured win-loss analysis

Positioning, Narrative, and Product Architecture

Define clear positioning that explains what Camber is and how it works

Own a scalable messaging hierarchy, product architecture, feature taxonomy, and internal language

Write crisp messaging that sales and founders can use consistently

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with product on roadmap clarity, feature naming, and beta planningSupport sales with clear tools that shorten cycles and increase win rates

Work with marketing to build campaigns rooted in insight and evidence

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or similar GTM roles

Experience in a fast paced, high autonomy startup environment, preferably in healthcare or AI

Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple language

Skilled at market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, and positioning

Comfortable working with founders and technical teams

Organized operator who pushes work to completion and raises quality

Thrives in a fast environment and takes initiative without waiting for direction

Preferred skills:

Proficiency in Figma for creating and editing pitch materials

Comfort with SQL for analysis and validation of product data

Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM

Ability to build modular sales materials in PPT and Figma

Experience with market research tools and competitive intelligence platforms

Familiarity with basic analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau

Ability to run structured interviews with customers, prospects, and industry experts
