Instructional Designer - Remote!

Job Description:

Creating new training such as ILT, eLearning, videos, depending on the final request from the business.
Content is centered around auto non-injury claims.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of Instructional Design/ILT
• Experience in an Agile Environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with SME's
• Adobe Suite & Articulate
• Ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines at once
• Audio Editing experience
• Strong work ethic
• Portfolio is required
• Insurance experience is preferred
