Title: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the end-to-end UX design process from research to final delivery.
- Develop and implement UX strategies ligned with business goals and user needs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups .
- Conduct user research, usability testing , and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve design systems nd style guides .
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies .
- Should have knowledge and hands on experience in front end development
- 7-8 years of experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design .
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design .
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
- Basic experience in front end development (Angular/ ReactJs etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Front end development.
