Head of Product Marketing
in the
United States . This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the Product Marketing function within a fast-growing, innovative organization. The Head of Product Marketing will define the overarching product narrative, shape market positioning, and drive go-to-market excellence across multiple product lines. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, and ensure messaging resonates with both executive buyers and end users. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, remote-first environment. The role is pivotal in creating measurable business impact through product adoption, revenue growth, and market differentiation. Define and own the product narrative, messaging frameworks, and positioning across products, personas, and verticals. ·
Translate complex product innovations into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with executive buyers and end users. ·
Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketing professionals, balancing strategy with GTM execution. ·
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Communications) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. ·
Drive launch frameworks, enablement programs, and GTM processes that improve quality, predictability, and adoption. ·
Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategy and identify opportunities. ·
Establish KPIs to measure the impact of product marketing on adoption, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. Requirements ·
10–15 years of experience in product marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles (Director or Senior Director level) in B2B SaaS, preferably with AI or enterprise experience. ·
Proven ability to lead PMM teams through growth, scale, or transformation. ·
Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, pricing, and GTM enablement for multi-product portfolios. ·
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. ·
Executive presence with experience influencing strategic decisions and presenting to senior leadership. ·
Data-driven mindset, connecting storytelling and positioning to measurable business outcomes. ·
Exceptional communication skills and experience representing a company externally as a thought leader. ·
Experience building scalable systems for messaging, launches, and product marketing operations. Benefits ·
