Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Design Operations Program Manager to join our team, focusing on sustaining the operational integrity and daily efficiency of our Design organization. This role is key to maintaining our systems, processes, and programs, ensuring smooth operations across procurement, tooling, and design operations. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing complex operational tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the vendor onboarding process, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure timely completion of necessary legal and compliance documentation. Manage procurement requests, approvals, and track delivery timelines, alongside managing vendor relationships and addressing any contract or invoicing queries. Document and enhance procurement and operational processes, aiming for increased efficiency. Maintain operational documentation, dashboards, and coordinate Design All-Team meetings, leveraging tools like DesignOps Airtable, Google Drive, and Figma. Support programming and community engagement by coordinating logistics for internal workshops, managing resources for community programs, and supporting the Mentorship Program.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Figma, and Airtable. Experience with vendor management and contract workflows.
Industry Experience: Experience in Design Operations or related field within corporate or technology sectors is highly desirable.
