Sartell Middle School 7th and 8th Grade Fall Musical - Lighting/Sound

Job Description:
Works with a group of students to:

Know the show
Design the show by setting the mood and tone of the show
Set lights
Focus lights
See light cues
Create Prompt Book for the booth
Maintain lighting and sound equipment
Buy batteries, bulbs, and mic tape
Teach students proper care and usage of microphones
Organize storage, sound checks, and mic levels
Teach students how to operate sound board, light board, and spotlights
Responsible for on the spot problem solving
Work with Music Director on running music tracks for the show
Find and program all sound effects for the show
Return everything to preset at Strike including proper microphone storage and coordinating with the Costume Designer to wash the mic belts

Pay Schedule:

Based on Extra-Curricular, Co-Curricular and Other Activity Assignments Schedule
