world-class Creative Strategist
to take full ownership of the creative engine behind one of our core brands: a fast-scaling, non-toxic kitchenware company doing multiple 7 figures and sprinting toward 8.
This is a
long-term, full-time, exclusive
role. We’re not corporate. No micromanagement. No pointless rules. We’re fully results-driven — and we build the business around the people who perform.

What You’ll Own You will run the entire creative process end-to-end:
Strategy & Ideation
Deep research on avatars, angles, objections, hooks, and awareness stages
Creating concepts for high-converting
video ads and static ads
Identifying winning patterns and iterating aggressively
Execution
Scripting performance ads
Briefing & managing editors and designers
Directing content shoots and sourcing UGC (with budget ownership)
Producing consistent volume of concepts that hit performance targets
Optimization
Analyzing ad performance & pulling actionable insights
Scaling winning creatives and killing losers
Building structured processes for testing, iteration & optimization
You’ll collaborate closely with:
2 in-house video editors (4 concepts/day each)
2 graphic designers (40+ static ads/day)
CEO & founder
Funnel/listicle builder
Your output will directly drive millions of dollars in ad revenue.
Who We’re Looking For Must-Haves
5+ years of proven experience as a
Creative Strategist
for a large DTC e-commerce brand
Your creatives have directly generated
$2M–$3M+ in revenue
with
ROAS 2+
You fully own the creative process — not “assisted,” not “supported,” but led
Ability to produce
high daily/weekly output
(video + static concepts)
Hands-on experience with high-spend ad accounts at similar or larger scale than the current company.
Strong analytical and creative judgement to understand what performs and why at high-budget levels.
Clear, native-level English (US/UK/EU/AU/CA/NZ preferred)
Bonus if you’ve:
Worked in fast-growth, founder-led DTC brands
Scaled multiple creative systems at once
Competed in high-spend environments ($1M+/mo)

Compensation Base:
$5,000–$7,500 USD/month + Performance Bonuses
