Responsibilities
Setting up and running video and web conference events
Troubleshooting all audio‑visual equipment issues
Providing excellent customer service
High work ethic and determination to succeed
Requirements
Experience in various computer technology
Can work with
Audio and video equipment (AV mixer interfacing, media players, microphones, IP network equipment (Ethernet and AVB cables), Computer systems (PC operating systems))
Ability to provide friendly customer service

Experience
Audio Visual Installation: 1‑3 year (Preferred)
