About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Product Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies for structured investment solutions and annuity offerings. This role involves close collaboration with product specialists, sales teams, and other internal partners to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new product launches and platform enhancements. The AVP will also be tasked with creating and managing a variety of marketing and sales enablement materials, producing educational content, and leading multi-channel campaigns to drive advisor adoption.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech, wealth management, alternative investments, or ETFs. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and storytelling abilities, and a proven track record in executing integrated marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing structured investments, annuities, or alternative investment products, and be familiar with advisor distribution channels. A collaborative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving measurable results are essential for this position.
