Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in music.
• OR – Bachelor's in music and Master's in humanities.
• OR – Equivalent combination of education and experience; candidates must submit an application for equivalency.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse student backgrounds.
• Accredited degrees (including foreign degrees evaluated by recognized services).
• Will be screened by a committee; meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview.

• Ability to work with students with varying skills, motivations, academic, and vocational goals.
• Ability to develop curriculum, including delivery via different modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain subject matter currency.
• Ability to assess student learning outcomes.
