Crossover . Base pay range: $200.00/hr – $200.00/hr. Overview

At 2 Hour Learning we invert the traditional school day with two hours of concentrated instruction and the rest dedicated to passion pursuits, physical activity, and experiential learning. This requires spaces that match that intentionality. We need a leader to design systems, set standards, and build the teams that ensure every campus delivers this commitment. What You Will Be Doing

Establish and direct a national Space & Design function, encompassing team architecture, vendor ecosystem, and accountability frameworks. Create and refine modular standards, brand identity elements, and technical documentation to enable consistent implementation across varied campus types. Synchronize design spending with CapEx planning, enrollment targets, and operational realities using data‑driven decision‑making. Discover, test, and implement design innovations that elevate student experience, strengthen parent confidence, and enhance staff engagement. Function as a strategic collaborator with cross‑functional leadership. What You Won’t Be Doing

Personally designing individual spaces – focus on scaling talent and infrastructure. Pursuing standalone upgrades or prestige projects that are not tied to measurable outcomes. Operating as an isolated creative authority – integration across planning, implementation, and measurement is required. Leading remotely – frequent travel to support on‑ground execution and team growth. Preserving existing approaches – continuous advancement of the function is expected. Basic Requirements

8+ years leading physical environments across a multi‑location organization, responsible for at least 25+ sites. Direct experience creating spaces for UHNW clientele or luxury brands, demonstrating premium quality across all dimensions. Documented success building and managing a team, directing external partnerships, and establishing a national deployment function. Track record developing and refining standards‑driven design frameworks for varied site portfolios. Capacity for strategic planning in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Refined aesthetic judgment and discernment, combined with operational rigor and financial accountability. Based in the U.S., authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and willing to travel 50% or more. Nice‑to‑have Requirements

Experience in rapidly expanding, brand‑conscious sectors such as boutique hospitality, premium retail, or distributed education. Portfolio showcasing both physical design quality and capacity to scale systems across multiple properties. Polished communication abilities with experience presenting to executive leadership, boards, or investor audiences. About 2 Hour Learning

They’re replacing the outdated one‑size‑fits‑all model with AI‑driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day. Students consistently rank in the top 1‑2% nationally, and the top 20% achieve an astonishing 6.5x growth. 2 Hour Learning offers a dynamic, on‑campus and remote‑friendly environment for innovators, educators, and AI specialists eager to fix the broken school system.
