Job Summary
As the Advertising Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate the Harrah's Resort Southern California brand. You'll oversee creative direction, advertising campaigns, media planning, public/community relations, and strategic alliances all while ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of marketing experience, including 2 years in creative or agency management.
Strong understanding of advertising agency operations and campaign development.
Experience in public/community relations and strategic partnerships.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
Essential Job Functions
Lead the Creative Team to ensure brand standards are upheld across all marketing channels.
Develop and administer the annual advertising plan including creative concepts, media selection, and campaign strategy.
Oversee internal and external production of photo/video shoots and marketing materials.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and Caesars Entertainment team.
Direct public relations, community relations, and strategic alliance initiatives.
Collaborate with department managers to identify promotional opportunities and support with advertising and direct marketing.
Negotiate contracts and identify added‑value opportunities with media outlets.
Monitor marketing trends and research to inform strategy.
Supervise team performance, staffing, training, and development.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and gaming laws.
Oversee departmental operating and capital budget sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands
Must be able to work inside and continuously maneuver around office area and throughout the casino property.
Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, lift, stoop, reach and work at a desk when performing administrative functions.
Must be able to work in areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
