Responsibilities

- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication across channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other creatives to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well in search engines and meets best practices.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
- Conduct audience research and monitor feedback to ensure content resonates and maintains relevance.
- Manage distribution channels (social media, email, website) and content partnerships to expand reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and a content management system (CMS) like WordPress.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and analytics.
- Strong writing and editorial skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to analyze content performance data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies across platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
