This role helps shape how millions of consumers experience the brand across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Responsibilities
Community Management
- Serve as the brand voice in comments and messages on Instagram and TikTok, maintaining a consistent, on-brand tone.
- Proactively engage with customers, creators, and fans to nurture a positive, inclusive, and connected community.
- Monitor conversations in real time to identify sentiment trends, emerging themes, and potential risks.
- Identify viral opportunities, creator moments, and cultural conversations where the brand can participate authentically.
- Surface UGC, creator content, and customer posts with strong amplification potential.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute surprise-and-delight moments, giveaways, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Track competitor and category activity to assess trends, messaging strategies, talent usage, and consumer response.
- Identify gaps, whitespace opportunities, and cultural moments aligned with brand strategy and editorial direction.
- Distill insights into clear recommendations that support content planning, platform POVs, and seasonal storytelling.
- Deliver weekly social listening summaries to platform leads to support content development and optimization.
- Translate community sentiment and cultural signals into actionable inputs for weekly and seasonal creative briefs.
- Provide data points, examples, and audience insights that influence platform strategy and content priorities.
- Support the relaunch and growth of the brand's Pinterest presence by identifying repurposable content and engagement opportunities.
- Assist with uploading, tagging, and optimizing Pins and Boards to enhance reach, discoverability, and interaction.
- Assist with content scheduling and tagging within social media management tools.
- Build trackable links, manage campaign tagging structures, and ensure operational accuracy.
- Pull monthly and quarterly performance metrics and contribute insights for reporting decks.
- Compile campaign recaps and ad-hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support development of decks, briefs, one-pagers, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms, including associated trends and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences using an empathetic, on-brand tone.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities to support calendars, reporting, and cross-functional workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passionate about building engaged online communities and identifying opportunities within cultural moments, UGC, and influencer content.
