We are seeking a visionary leader with extensive experience in B2B SaaS who can drive global growth and enhance customer engagement. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that covers all critical stages: customer acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. The ideal candidate will create sophisticated, data-driven engagement programs that are automated and tailored to individual customer needs, ultimately maximizing customer value and boosting revenue. You will lead marketing operations and systems, ensuring the effective integration of our tech stack and accountability for ROI, while establishing standards for data governance and enrichment. A core part of this position is building and guiding a high-performing global team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles. Proven success in revenue orchestration and lifecycle performance. Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), marketing operations, and revenue analytics. Strong executive-level collaboration skills, capable of uniting global go-to-market teams. Adept at transforming complex data into actionable strategic insights. Champion a unified performance data approach and foster a culture of experimentation. Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to align data models effectively. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams, modeling a leadership style that balances strategy, empathy, and accountability.
