Social Media and Graphic Designer

Location: Baton Rouge – Downtown (5x a week in office)

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

A leading professional services firm is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Baton Rouge team. This role will focus on creating high-quality visual content for digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and supporting marketing initiatives while managing internal social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design on brand materials, social posts and presentations.
• Create graphics for internal communications and external campaigns.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Work with internal teams on practice-specific marketing needs.
• Stick to brand consistency across all platforms.
• Assist with video editing.
• Track social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of visual branding and digital marketing.
• Big plus if you have experience in the legal space.
