Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned channels through customer meetings, site visits, and direct outreach to achieve sales targets.

Represent the company at roadshows, nationwide trade shows, and promotional events, engaging with customers and promoting our products.

Prepare sales forecasts and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, tracking performance against budget, and present insights to top management.

Assist the sales team in executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.

Create, update, and manage online content for the company’s website and social media platforms (Instagram, Rednote, Facebook, etc.).

Attend events and produce social media contents to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.

Assist in creating marketing literature and promotional materials to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.

Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc.

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed.

Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.

Preferred

1-2 years experience with social media management in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry (preferred)

Prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesalers
