Product Marketing Manager, Brand Planning

The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.
Responsibilities As the Product Marketing Manager for Brand Innovation, you will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's solutions focused on driving adoption of our internal and external planning and forecasting tools. You will partner closely with various cross‑functional stakeholders, including agency and client sales, product management, partnerships, and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our proprietary planner and API solutions.
Partner with Sales leadership and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long‑term objectives and develop product strategies and operation for our TikTok Planner and RC API.
Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market plans and create sales enablement content, driving adoption with external and internal users.
Lead trainings with internal stakeholders landing the value proposition and nuances of the product suite.
Partner closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand and synthesize market needs, opportunity sizing, and product pain points to inform the direction of product development and influence roadmap.
Build an understanding of TikTok advertising and planning products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or above.
3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital/social ad products.
1+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, ad measurement, or advertising planning and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
Ability to build strong compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244889 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
