Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our AEC Client is looking for a digital marketing coordinator to assist their team! This is a 40hr/week freelance position starting as soon as mid December for 3 months, with potential to extend. Candidates located in Seattle are preferred (especially if they are able to come into the downtown office 1x/week), but can also be remote and work Pacific hours.
Responsibilities
creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts (text, graphic, and preferably video), and curating content from subject-matter experts and internal staff teams
Writing and editing with meticulous attention to detail; comfortable drafting captions/posts, and proofreading content for clarity, tone, and brand consistency
Working with marketing, design, content, technical, and project teams
Translating technical projects into accessible content for clients and communities
Tracking and analyzing social media metrics and web analytics, translating data into insights, and recommending optimizations (e.g., timing, content formats, engagement tactics) to increase reach and engagement
Basic graphic and/or video content creation experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Managing multiple channels and tasks concurrently (social posts, website updates, email lists, editorial calendars), while maintaining a high level of quality, brand integrity, and compliance with content usage rights and copyright rules
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of digital marketing and social media experience, preferably with B2B companies
Strong writing skills (primarily for short form content) with ability to take technical concepts and translate them for a non-technical audience
Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram in professional settings
Experience working with subject matter experts with a curious approach and comfortability to ask questions
Experience working autonomously and also collaboratively with others, depending on what is required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention-to-detail
Familiarity with marketing software/tools; HubSpot experience highly preferred
