Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
A forward-thinking, data-driven organization at the forefront of its industry is seeking a Senior Lead of Marketing Analytics.
Background :
Senior Lead Analyst
will be pivotal in transforming complex data into strategic recommendations that influence decision making across Marketing, Pricing, Finance, and Operations.
What Will You Do:
Lead marketing analytics by designing measurement strategies, segmenting customers, evaluating campaign performance, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights across the customer journey and funnel.
Leverage large scale customer data to analyze customer strategies, uncover key performance drivers, and deliver insights that enhance profitability and improve P&L impact (NPV, ROI, CLTV).
Continuously analyze the underlying drivers and trends of pricing, product mix, promotional effectiveness, and customer acquisition, retention, churn to inform strategic decision making.
Develop comprehensive marketing A/B tests to evaluate performance and generate data driven insights that optimize marketing ROI.
Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to understand dashboard requirements, and design data visualizations that effectively track and communicate key marketing and customer KPI trends.
Extract, audit, and analyze data and KPI calculations within dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of performance insights.
Craft compelling data narratives and deliver clear, actionable insights through dashboards and analyses, empowering Marketing, Pricing, Finance, and Operations teams to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
