About the Team The Product Marketing team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok’s eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok’s eCommerce products.

Responsibilities

You have a passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, and influencing strategy GTM Leader

You enjoy working cross-functionally across Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX Design, Research, and Sales to introduce new suite of products to the US

Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers

Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel

Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention, and track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing

Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product: help sellers with white glove product support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, participate in QA testing

Be the Voice of the Customer, by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees)

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce, social commerce.

Experience and understanding of e-commerce categories (beauty, fashion, etc).

Experience working with product management, analytics and design to scale products.

Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing and other owned channels.

Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing and analytical tools.

Bachelors degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in related fields (MBA, computer science).

Industry knowledge of eCommerce.

Previous marketing asset design experience.

B2B marketing experience.

Compensation Base salary range: $121,600 - $232,645 annually. Additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may apply. Employees receive medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated) with increasing accruals by tenure.
