What is Required (Qualifications)

Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., intranet, Teams, Slack)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives
Proficiency in analyzing engagement metrics to drive communication strategies
Previous experience in a corporate environment with diverse employee demographics
