What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide high‑level executive support to the Chief Design Officer, ensuring professionalism and discretion
Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel logistics for executive meetings and events
Track key deliverables and facilitate informed decision‑making across the organization
Prepare and organize executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials
Lead and mentor the Administrative/Executive Assistants within the Design organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C‑level executives, preferably with Design/Product leaders
Strong professionalism, diplomacy, and judgment in handling confidential information
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across various functions
Proven ability to improve workflows and solve operational challenges independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and modern collaboration tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with a focus on operational effectiveness
