Plumbing Designer
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while collaborating with other design professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed plumbing designs and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to create accurate plumbing designs and layouts.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate plumbing systems with overall project design.
Ensure all plumbing designs comply with local codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits to assess existing plumbing conditions and gather necessary information for design projects.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct quality control checks on plumbing designs to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in plumbing design or a related field.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
