About the Role IM8 is growing rapidly globally, and we are expanding our operations team to ensure every customer receives fast, reliable, and high‑quality delivery experiences. The U.S. Logistics & Fulfillment Manager will own the full U.S. logistics and fulfillment ecosystem—overseeing 3PL performance, warehouse operations, inbound shipments, stock availability, inventory accuracy, and delivery outcomes.
You will act as the central point of coordination between our warehouses, contract manufacturers, carriers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, customer‑obsessed, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. You will help ensure IM8 never runs out of stock, that we maintain world‑class fulfillment standards, and that our customers always receive their orders on time.
What You Will Be Doing 3PL & Warehouse Operations
Serve as the primary contact for all U.S. 3PL partners
Manage daily warehouse operations, order accuracy, pick/pack quality, and SLA compliance
Use AI tools and automation dashboards to monitor fulfillment, exceptions, and delivery performance
Reduce delivery lead times and lower exception/lost package rates through data‑driven improvements
Inventory, Stock‑Risk Management & Replenishment
Own end‑to‑end inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and warehouse distribution
Build predictive alerts for low stock, component shortages, and demand spikes using AI or automated trackers
Ensure zero stockouts across all warehouses through proactive planning
Partner with supply chain to use data models for demand forecasting and safety stock strategies
Coordinate with manufacturers on production schedules, inbound logistics, and compliance
Use automation to track shipment statuses, documentation, and inbound delays
Improve visibility of production readiness and inbound inventory flow
Customer Experience Improvement
Work closely with CX to reduce delivery issues and exceptions
Use customer feedback data, patterns, and AI insights to identify root causes and propose solutions
Always think customer‑first and act as the voice of the customer within operations
Systems, Reporting & Digital Operations
Use D365 or similar ERPs to monitor inventory, order flow, and warehouse performance
Build automated reports, AI‑powered dashboards, and exception monitoring workflows
Improve visibility from logistics to order fulfillment and ensure all steps meet SLA targets
Identify operational bottlenecks early and provide clear communication and solutions internally
SOPs, Quality Checks & New Warehouse Setup
Develop and update SOPs for logistics, inbound, returns, and quality handling
Introduce automation to reduce manual errors and improve process consistency
Support new warehouse onboarding—from process design to staff training
Ensure high‑quality checks at every point in the logistics chain
What You Will Bring
Experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain operations—ideally in DTC or consumer goods
Strong understanding of U.S. 3PL operations and fulfillment best practices
A deep AI and automation mindset—constantly thinking of how to make processes faster, smarter, and more reliable
Ability to build or leverage AI tools, dashboards, and automation workflows to improve accuracy and speed
Strong ownership of inventory accuracy and stock‑risk management—you do not allow stockouts
Customer‑first thinking with the ability to translate operational issues into solutions that improve customer experience
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills across teams
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Experience with D365 or other ERP/OMS/WMS systems is a plus
