Role Summary In the role of Field Marketing Manager working in Southern California, you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company Marketing Team. This position reports to the Director of Field Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
Build the Molson Coors portfolio of brands within the management unit or territory level by driving local brand positioning and investment.
Lead management unit budget execution and collaborate with sales teams to drive co‑op partner/distributor investment.
Create strong customer relationships with alliance partners and provide thought leadership on industry and activation.
Collaborate with strategy and planning teams and co‑develop annual and 3‑year marketing plans, including the Management Unit Alliance roadmap and investment strategy.
Activate and develop support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
Own relationships with key agency partners (creative ATL/BTL, media, experiential).
Develop people and team inclusive of FMA and CDX (where applicable).
Conduct regular in‑market work to evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with marketing and field campaigns.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory; occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory.
Love a challenge; complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities.
Confident and competent; diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships.
Proven track record in delivering results and take pride in what you accomplish.

Pay & Benefits Summary Base pay: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 per year (posting salary range, plus a 20% target short‑term incentive and an average of $23,000 spent on benefits per employee).
