Position Summary This position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and objectives in alignment with Kraus-Anderson’s business initiatives. This individual will be an integral part of the execution for the day‑to‑day tasks and responsibilities to support Marketing, Business Development, Pre‑Construction, and our CRM database.

This role assists marketing and business development to maintain accurate data systems, generate actionable insights, and ensure seamless communication across departments and offices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Assist the marketing, business development, and cross‑functional teams with administrative duties (meeting scheduling/coordination; travel scheduling/coordination; meeting agendas and minutes/note taking, etc.)

Prepare and submit expense reports.

Process check requests as needed.

Update assigned weekly and monthly reports.

Unanet Support: develop, update, and maintain the CRM database (date cleanup; creation of reports; understanding of dashboards/widgets; project closeout summaries; training, and serves as a resource to other users). Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.

Assist trade show/conference/seminar resource support.

Assist with sponsorship, donation, and membership registrations.

Assist with groundbreaking and ribbon cutting events.

Support the Marketing Information Services day‑to‑day operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful.

Proficiency in CRM, Canva, presentation software, Microsoft Teams, and data visualization tools.

Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office 365 – Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Ability to collaborate and communicate within the marketing team or cross‑department environment.

Must effectively and professionally interact with a variety of people and situations.

Must have ability to multi‑task at a high level and maintain accuracy.

Must have a sense of urgency and use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals and timelines.

Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service to our internal and external clients.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Associate’s degree equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with CRM systems (Unanet is preferred).

Experience with analytics.

Experience in researching.

Pay Range $25.00 to $33.00 hourly, plus discretionary incentive program.

Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
