The Fountain Group . We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Marketing Manager - (Product Marketing, AI + HR Storytelling) for a prominent client of ours. This position is 100% Remote. Details for the position are as follows: Duration: 8.5 months. Pay: $45-52/hr.
Seeking a seasoned Product Marketing professional who excels at executive-level presentations, AI/HR storytelling, messaging, and demo creation.
This role partners with ES leaders to craft and deliver compelling narratives showing how Salesforce leverages Agentforce and AI for HR use cases—from recruiting to internal comms to employee skill development.
You will support customer meetings, internal launches, Dreamforce content, campaigns to educate employees on AI, and executive briefings.
This role is presentation-heavy (approx. 70%), with additional responsibilities in GTM messaging and demo script development.
Key Responsibilities Presentation & Narrative Development (Primary Focus)
Build high-impact Google Slides presentations from scratch (agency only polishes visuals).
Craft compelling HR/AI narratives for ES leaders to deliver to customers, CHRO audiences, and internal teams.
Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly stories.
Messaging & Product Marketing
Develop messaging for AI/Agentforce HR use cases (employee comms, recruiting, career pathing, admin task automation, etc.).
Support internal product launches and education campaigns focused on AI skill development.
Write talk tracks, messaging frameworks, demo storylines, and leadership briefing materials.
Demo Creation & Enablement
Create and refine demos (often within Slack) illustrating how ES Agents solve HR and employee-experience challenges.
Build demo scripts and talk tracks for executives; may occasionally deliver demos directly.
Customer & Event Support
Support HR-focused events including Dreamforce and CHRO experiences.
Partner with sales reps requesting ES storytellers for customer meetings.
Help coordinate nomination processes for invite-only HR events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Product, BT, Customer Success, and internal comms teams.
Align messaging for both internal and external audiences.
Required Skills & Experience
5-10+ years in product marketing, content/messaging, comms, or related fields.
Strong experience with executive-level presentations and storytelling.
Proven ability to develop demos, scripts, and talk tracks.
Ability to translate technical AI concepts for business and HR audiences.
Experience briefing senior leaders and supporting customer-facing moments.
Strong Google Slides skills; ability to build compelling decks from scratch.
Preferred Experience
Background in AI tools, HR technology, or AI-for-HR applications.
Experience creating content for CHRO or HR leadership personas.
Familiarity with SaaS, AI adoption, or employee experience initiatives.
