You will work alongside engineering professionals providing structural services for bridge, building, and marine structures. The role is primarily a design/analysis role with some field responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Preparing structural design calculations in accordance with applicable design standards and agencies (e.g., AASHTO, IBC, ACI, AISC, NJDOT, NJTA & NYSDOT). Performing structural analysis of new designs and existing structures (bridges, retaining walls, sign structures, culverts, etc.); experience with concrete design preferred. Leading and reviewing conceptual design alternatives to develop innovative and cost‑effective solutions. Preparing contract documents including conceptual design alternatives, contract drawings, and specifications. Preparing technical specifications and special provisions. Reviewing contract shop drawings for conformance with contract design. Preparing tender documents and managing contracts. Assistant team leader for biennial bridge inspection projects; writing bridge inspection reports. Preparing repair details. Collaborating regularly with colleagues in other offices and expertise areas in an integrated design environment. Capabilities and Credentials

Knowledge of IBC, AASHTO, ACI, ASCE, NJDOT, NJTA standards. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with a design team on assignments. Professional Engineering license required. Education and Experience

3 to 7+ years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from a recognized university/college. Professional Engineering license required. Locations in NYC & CA (Bay Area) & NJ (RP) – $85,400.00 – $119,600.00 annually Pay Transparency:

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Final compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain roles may be bonus eligible. Benefits Summary
