Senior Marketing Manager
Crust Pizza Co. is one of Houston's fastest‑growing pizza brands, known for handcrafted dough, crave‑worthy flavors, and neighborhood hospitality. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us scale to 50+ locations and beyond.

Responsibilities
Lead Franchise Development Marketing:
Build and manage digital campaigns that generate high‑quality franchise leads.
Activate local markets:
Plan and execute openings, events, partnerships, and community‑based promotions.
Manage Brand Fund:
Responsibly and collaboratively create, propose, and execute marketing plans for the system, focused on driving revenue and transaction counts.
Launch & Optimize LTOs:
Drive visibility and sales through creative storytelling, social campaigns, and on‑brand visuals.
Analyze performance:
Use POS and digital analytics to measure ROI and inform marketing decisions.
Strengthen Brand Consistency:
Build scalable systems for multi‑location marketing while supporting local franchisee success.
Qualifications (7–10+ Years Experience)
Franchise marketing expertise:
Proven record driving sales growth within a QSR or multi‑unit environment.
Analytical Approach:
Proficient in Google Analytics, data reporting, and campaign optimization.
Creative Leadership:
Strong visual sense and brand storytelling ability.
Outcome Focused:
Proactive and results driven.
Channel Management:
Experience managing $100k+ budgets across Meta, Google, radio, and other key channels.
Operational Understanding:
First‑hand QSR or restaurant marketing experience strongly preferred.
Digital Proficiency:
Social (IG/TikTok), SEO/SEM, and email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo).
Leadership:
Skilled at managing vendors, agencies, and cross‑functional teams.
Compliance Knowledge:
Familiar with FDD marketing guidelines and brand fund management.
Location:
Must live and work in the Greater Houston or Dallas area. No relocation.
Bonus Skills
Passion for food, pizza, and community marketing.
Experience with communications or PR.
Background and multi‑unit operations.
Compensation $75,000 - 80,000, plus bonus and benefits
