Consumer
– the Draft Top Lift, our handheld bar tool sold at major retailers and online, offering everyday people an elevated experience when drinking their favorite beverage at a tailgate, on the beach, at a party or any other place where they can’t bring a glass.
Commercial
– the Draft Top Pro, used by bars, restaurants, concert venues, and stadiums around the world to improve service speed and guest experience.

About the Role We’re looking for a
Social Media Manager
to lead Draft Top’s social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This person will represent the full
Draft Top brand — both consumer and commercial
— and bring our story to life online. You’ll plan and post content, manage the social calendar, and shape the brand’s voice across all platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with our founders, marketing and sales teams, and creator partners to turn great ideas into engaging posts that showcase our products, story, and community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a consistent posting strategy across platforms
Create and publish original content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions, etc.) that bring the brand to life
Seek out opportunities to collaborate with brands that align with our mission and audience
Curate and repurpose UGC, influencer, and partner content into cohesive campaigns
Participate in engagement by replying to comments and DMs and joining key conversations (shared responsibility with the broader team)
Represent both our consumer and commercial products with tailored messaging for each audience
Monitor trends, sounds, and hashtags to keep us relevant and in the conversation
Partner with marketing and sales to align campaigns and launches
Track and analyze performance metrics weekly to guide creative and strategic decisions
Requirements
2–4 years managing social for a consumer, lifestyle, or beverage brand
You’ve got big energy and love what you do — your passion shows in your work
Excellent writing skills and a sharp sense of humor
Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form video culture
Creative, organized, and proactive with strong attention to detail
Proficient in tools like CapCut, Later, and Canva
Data-driven mindset — you use analytics to understand what works and refine strategy
The ability to travel for occasional events, activations, and trade shows
Resilience and spirit in dealing with a large social community
