We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. This role is central to how AriZona shows up in the world — authentic, fresh, and culturally fluent.

You’ll serve as the key point of coordination between internal content teams and external agency partners, ensuring that our organic and paid social strategies are executed with consistency, originality, and impact. Essential Functions

Develop and execute social media strategies for brand campaigns, new product launches, and always‑on content.

Research and manage social media partnership opportunities.

Serve as main liaison for external social media, influencer, and paid media agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Define content pillars, brand voice, and storytelling frameworks aligned with broader marketing goals across various product handles and media channels.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations for organic and paid content across Meta, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.

Collaborate cross‑departmentally to support various business units’ needs for retailer promotions.

Monitor trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure timely and relevant social content.

Manage and guide internal social and content creators, community managers, and copywriters.

Review and approve content calendars, creative concepts, ad copy, and performance reports.

Coordinate asset development (video, UGC, influencer content, static graphics) with internal creative teams and agency partners.

Work closely with paid media teams to optimize spend, improve ROAS, and align organic content with promoted campaigns.

Analyze KPIs including reach, engagement, sentiment, click‑through rates, conversion, and community growth and provide feedback on targeting, ad formats, and creative performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in CPG, food/beverage, or lifestyle brands.

Demonstrated experience managing both organic and paid social strategies.

Experience with influencer campaign coordination.

Experience with campaign management that drives direct to consumer conversion on sales channels such as Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

Proven ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Youtube.

Expertise in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.

Strong project management, communication, and creative feedback skills.

Passion for social trends, cultural moments, and brand storytelling.

Work Environment

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in our Woodbury, Long Island, NY office.

The role requires regular collaboration across multiple departments and occasional vendor meetings.
